Responsibilities: Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management Conduct monthly meetings with Gynaecologists to address feedback and strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with hospital staff to educate and enroll expectant parents in stem cell banking. Key Account Management Educate expectant parents on stem cell banking through one-on-one counselling and materials distribution. Forge partnerships with new key accounts to drive growth. Marketing Events Management Organize at least four marketing events per month to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement. Customer Relationship Management Arrange presentations through cold calls and deliver engaging presentations. Ensure timely deposit of client funds and delivery of kits. Coordinate with paramedic teams for sample collection and provide post-sales service for client satisfaction. Market Intelligence Share insights on competitor activities and stakeholder feedback to inform strategies. Performance Management Align with key responsibilities and adapt to changing tasks as required. What You Will Learn: Build strong bonds with doctors and hospitals, keeping them engaged and satisfied.
