1.Establishing company as the world leader in Paracetamol, Paracetamol DC and other new molecules such as Mirabegron, Levosalbutamol, etc by Identifying potential Countries and responsible for penetrating the targeted markets and catering the customers. 2.To have the thorough understanding of the Sales Process, Product Knowledge, Market Knowledge, Customer Profile, Regulatory requirements, along with competitor's capacity, regulatory approvals, pricing strategy 3.Monthly Analysis of export data & import data of Indian & Chinese supplies of PARACETAMOL PAP, PNCB, evolving a mechanism of market demand and supply along with forecast of the month & sales promotion activities 4.Planning visit to targeted Market & customer visit for enhancing the customer base 5.Pricing, order finalization, execution of orders, follow-up, payment collection, customer bonding 6.Organizing for CPHI participation and enhancement of FARASON BRAND Visibility across globe. 7.Regulatory approvals worldwide listed out as we may go for it based on the volumes achieved from the country 8.Nurture Team members for future responsibility 9.Periodic review of Customer performance, Country Performance, performing market share enhancement activities 10..Achieving sales budgets as mutually discussed and decided.
