Our Flagship Product is the Krishe Smart kit (Also known as Simha Kit), which is an IoT-based offering for tractor owners, more specifically the "Rental Entrepreneurs" (RE) who rent out their tractor as a means to earn income. Over the last 2 years, we have created a 20,000+ strong user base which is the biggest Agri-telematics deployment in India. Checkout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TYggMgEDzM Job Overview: We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to deliver the best-in-industry customer service experience and perform service installations of our SMART KIT device in tractors. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, increase customer retention, and improve profitability. Responsibilities: Visit different locations across your state to perform device installations and service. Manage all on-site installations/service and provide video support guidance in coordination with the Technical Support team. Conduct root cause analysis of issues at customer locations. Resolve customer problems through field visits. Provide training on installations, product features, and the use of our app to customers. Requirements and skills Education: ITI Diploma or equivalent qualification in Agri. Experience: 1-5 years of experience preferred; freshers can also apply. Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory. Good communication skills will be an added advantage Bike is mandatory. Male candidates preferred
