Urgent Hiring For AGM/DGM- Facilities For Faridabad location

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and own budget, Cash flow, collections and key agreed financial performances of each facility
• Manage each facility within agreed budgets; manage and maintain positive cash flows in each project
• Complete responsibility with the Estate Manager/Officer for timely collection of CAM, CAE and other occupant/resident dues Set team goals, personal goals and guide and mentor team members and create a positive credo and value system
• Undertake schedule operations and team reviews as per agreed governance calendar
• Visit sites as per governance calendar and under 'on site' reviews and audits; set site targets for consumption of consumables; training of BPMS staff on key operations process, HSE process etc.
• Availability at the facility for any critical functions like PPMs, RWA meetings, vendor reviews, project review, breakdown maintenance , night or surprise audits etc
• Stay responsible for improving and maintaining high Cast scores/customer experience levels
• Participate and contribute in monthly MIS reviews, BOD review/meetings
• Coordinate and partner with key stakeholders like projects, legal, marketing, finance and hold periodic reviews leading to seamless engagements
• Manage vendor performance, relations and develop new vendors
• Maintain highest standards of building and occupant safety , fire , equipment, systems, infrastructure by undertaking periodic drills, audits, repair and retrofits(where required) and renewal of licenses or NOC as applicable; develop site wise emergency plan /disaster recovery plan , energy audits etc.
• Maintain cordial and harmonious relationship, local administration, law enforcement, statutory, licensing authorities
• Create a digital library of records and reports
• Maintain high system/equipment uptime of critical MEP
• Develop, review and improve operations strategy for each site
• Develop SOPs, checklists and site governance calendars
