Urgent Hiring For Accounts / Finance Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts / Finance Executive to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, assisting in budgeting, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.

Assist in payroll processing and reconciliation.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA Inter, etc.).

1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

Excellent MS Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
