Hiring: Female School Principal – Edify School Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh

Edify School, Bhimavaram, is inviting applications from an accomplished and committed Female School Principal to lead the academic vision and administrative functions of our CBSE institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete academic and administrative operations of the school
• Ensure full compliance with CBSE regulations, guidelines, and quality benchmarks
• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and supervision to teaching and non-teaching staff
• Plan and implement continuous professional development and training initiatives
• Build and maintain effective communication with parents, students, and key stakeholders
• Promote a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and student-focused learning environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head in a CBSE school
• At least 10 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
