The company also organises the - Retail Jeweller India Awards, India s most prestigious and elite event for jewellery retailers.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Digital and Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals. You'll collaborate with marketers, content creators, and developers to design graphics for digital campaigns, websites Design, social media, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Digital & Social Media: Drive concept-driven creative for social channels and digital campaigns. Produce platform-appropriate assets (static, animated GIFs, simple motion where required), optimize designs for various formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat), and apply social best-practices to increase engagement and retain brand voice.
- Website Design: Design and manage visual web assets (banners, hero images, feature graphics), work with the digital team to implement assets in CMS, ensure visuals are responsive and aligned with web requirements, and maintain consistent brand presentation online.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce style guides, grids, and templates across print and digital channels; organize and manage design assets (photo libraries, versions, source files) to enable efficient reuse and consistent application.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with marketing, web developers, account executives and the marketing head to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and deadlines, provide clear handoffs to printers and developers, and communicate status updates effectively.
- Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: Ensure high standards for typography, layout composition and color; perform final checks before publishing or printing; stay current with design trends and platform changes, and proactively suggest creative improvements to boost brand presence.
- Email Marketing Design: Design visually compelling email newsletters that highlight new collections, offers, and storytelling around craftsmanship. Maintain design consistency with the brand's digital campaigns and seasonal marketing themes.
- Design and produce engaging digital content including web banners, social media posts, email templates, infographics, and ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA), Bachelor/Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or related field from a recognised college/university.
- Diploma in Applied Art or equivalent vocational qualification also acceptable with a strong portfolio.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work (social posts, web banners, email templates, branding, motion snippets) is required for application.
Requirements
- 1.5 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, digital agency, media or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and branding.
- Must-have technical skills:
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign advanced proficiency for production of digital and print-ready assets.
- Figma or Adobe XD for web and UI design handoffs and prototyping.
- Basic motion skills using Adobe After Effects (or similar) for simple animated GIFs and short social clips.
- Familiarity with web image optimization, basic HTML/CSS understanding and CMS asset implementation is beneficial.
- Core competencies & soft skills:
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking for digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, content and web teams.
- Attention to detail, time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to iterate based on feedback and maintain organized source files and version control.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with motion design tools beyond basic animation, knowledge of print production, or previous work in luxury/retail/jewellery or lifestyle brands.
Salary, Office Location, Timings, How to apply faster
- Salary: 25000 to 45000 (Per Month) Exact compensation will be commensurate with experience, demonstrated skills and portfolio.
- Working Days & Office Timings: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday). Typical office hours: 10:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Office Location: Office is near Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Kurla West, Mumbai.
