Customers use our platform to book services, such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, which are delivered in the comfort of their home and at a time of their choosing. To fulfill this promise, we work closely with our hand-picked service partners, enabling them with technology, training, products, tools, financing, insurance, and brand, helping them succeed and deliver on this promise. Key Responsibilities: • Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach. • Onboard and train professional partners for the new business line. • Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins. • Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness. • Explore opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency. • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results. What We're Looking For: • 6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field sales. •Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Previous experience in BTL marketing, local outreach, or similar roles is an advantage.
