As a UA Company Representative with Intrepid Urban Adventures, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable moments for travelers exploring Delhi, India. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the face of Intrepid by providing exceptional customer service through guiding market explorations, organizing craft workshops, and arranging local family meals - Hosting, leading, and executing tours according to Urban Adventure itineraries in Delhi, India to ensure the overall successful operation of each trip - Ensuring the safety and well-being of travelers by assisting with any challenging situations that may arise - Sharing stories, providing travel advice, and organizing unique experiences for customers To be considered for this position, you should possess: - Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and groups - Excellent communication skills in English and preferably one other local language - Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office suite - Familiarity with traveling in Delhi, India and a passion for travel in the Intrepid style Additional details about the company: Intrepid is a certified B Corp with a mission to inspire, create, and share the best travel experiences while making a positive impact on both people and the planet.
