UPSC counsellor Chandigarh

The role includes helping students understand the exam pattern, choosing optional subjects, creating study plans, and resolving academic or preparation-related doubts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling sessions to UPSC aspirants (Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages).
• Guide students in selecting the right optional subject based on their background and strengths.
• Explain the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, preparation strategy, and study resources.
• Conduct orientation sessions, demo counselling, and follow-ups with leads.
• Track student progress and help them create weekly/monthly study plans.
