Job Description

Description

We are looking for a dedicated UPSC Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students in navigating their preparation for the UPSC examinations by providing personalized guidance and support.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to students preparing for the UPSC examinations.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students needs and study patterns.
Develop and deliver workshops on effective study techniques and exam strategies.
Maintain updated knowledge of UPSC syllabus and examination patterns.
Assist in the creation of study materials and resources for students.
Monitor students progress and provide constructive feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in educational counselling or teaching, especially related to competitive exams.
Strong understanding of the UPSC examination process, including syllabus and pattern.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
Proficient in using educational technology and tools for teaching and counselling.
