In this role, you will partner with high end strategic content creators and offer personalized, on them and support by assisting them as a single point of contact in two ways: a) troubleshooting support & policy guidelines and b) content strategy and consulting oriented to improve channels performance. The goal is to deliver dedicated, on-demand, one-to-one support for strategically important creators who prefer a reactive support model. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor for advance content creators. - Understand creator business needs connecting those with holistic solution. - Be a product expert guiding content creators through solutions. - Assist creators in reading channel performance data, detect data oriented opportunity areas and building solutions to excel business goals. - Be the point of reference for creators maximizing satisfaction & engagement with the platform.
- Bachelor degree.
- Native Speaker and B2 English. - 3 years of relevant working experience in: B2B Sales/Account management in Digital Marketing/Social Media Industry. - Experience in customer service is a plus.
