Company Description UnSTEM, an initiative founded by Gaurav Kumar a CNLU, BA LLB student.This initiative blends mentorship, analytical learning, and real-world awareness to redefine how students learn, think, and grow beyond conventional education. Guided by mentors and alumni from NLUs, IITs, NITs, and IIMs, UnSTEM offers tailored mentorship programs such as UnSTEM CLAT for law entrance preparation and Xplore a summer crash course for JNV students, promoting academic excellence and exposure to diverse fields. The mission at UnSTEM is to help young minds think critically, communicate effectively, and grow purposefully. Role Description This is a part time role for a First and Second Year IIT and NIT (BTech) Student for Teaching PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) at UnSTEM India. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing CBSE syllabus of class 9-12 in 2 months [May - June 2026] and for delivering engaging and effective lessons, preparing teaching materials, guiding and mentoring students, developing problem-solving skills, and conducting assessments. The role requires on-site attendance and is located in Patna. Qualifications Proficiency in teaching Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in mentoring and guiding students Ability to develop and utilize teaching materials and resources effectively Commitment to promoting analytical learning and critical thinking High level of patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability Current enrollment as a First or Second Year BTech student at IIT or NIT Navodians will be preferred.
