As a University Partnership Manager, you will be an exclusive partner for Harvard Business Publishing Education and Harvard Business School Online in India. Your role will involve empowering Indian universities to enhance their academic delivery by providing world-class business simulations, interactive case studies, and globally benchmarked leadership development programs. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage high-impact B2B partnerships with universities and online education providers. - Engage directly with Trustees, Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, and senior academic leaders to consultatively pitch globally powered learning solutions. - Lead end-to-end sales efforts, from prospecting to closing large-value strategic deals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and client teams to drive custom integration and adoption. - Serve as the key bridge between Harvard Business Publishing, Harvard Business School Online, and leading Indian institutions. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of strong B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS, EdTech, or digital solutions for higher education. - Experience in selling ERP systems, digital tools, ranking/accreditation solutions, or education-related services to universities is a significant advantage. - Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently engage with academic leaders. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, excelling in solution-led, long-cycle sales environments. - Passion for education, innovation, and institutional transformation, with a desire to contribute to the future of higher education in India.
