The role requires a skilled individual who can effectively set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers to produce high-quality precision components. Below are the key requirements for this position: Experience : A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a VMC Setter is essential. Experience with a variety of VMC machines and control systems is highly desirable. Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols is necessary. A strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters is also required.
