Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing existing accounts with complete ownership, conducting periodic meetings with customers, ensuring touch points in different business segments, and maintaining a retention rate of 85% and above. Your role will also involve exploring upselling opportunities through cross-sell/upsell strategies, particularly with ESG reports, and identifying market research opportunities in existing accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely renewals, accounts receivables, and providing industry updates to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage existing accounts - Conduct periodic meetings with customers - Ensure touch points in different business segments - Maintain a retention rate of 85% and above - Explore upselling opportunities through cross-sell/upsell strategies - Upsell ESG reports to customers - Identify market research opportunities and build a pipeline - Plan sales and revenue fulfillment based on risk profiling - Ensure timely renewal of accounts - Manage accounts receivables and document collection - Provide industry updates to clients - Bundle sales of D-U-N-S Registered & ESG Registered in existing accounts - Meet business targets Key Requirements: - MBA or post-graduation with 8+ years of relevant business development experience - Good knowledge of local commercial and Industrial Belts - Ability to analyze financial statements - Excellent business communication and presentation skills - Willingness to travel beyond city limits - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing existing accounts with complete ownership, conducting periodic meetings with customers, ensuring touch points in different business segments, and maintaining a retention rate of 85% and above.
