Roles and Responsibilities Manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through direct marketing efforts. Build strong relationships with agents and brokers to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for cross-selling health, motor, and other insurance products. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in agency sales or related field (insurance). Strong understanding of general insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and direct marketing principles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an agency setting. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
