Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the unit, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Oversee cash management, debtors management, and maintain accurate records. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Lead a team effectively through people management skills, training, communication, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and industrial kitchen regulations. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in hotel or hospitality industry with at least 2 years as an Assistant Manager/Shift Incharge/Captain. BHM (Hotel Management) degree from IHM or equivalent institution; B.Sc (Hospitality & Hotel Management) also considered. Strong knowledge of food operations, cash management, debtors management, people management skills, team management, people training, communication skills, client retention.
