Job Description

Role Overview: As a Unit Manager/Agency Manager in the Health Insurance division, your primary role will be to recruit and manage a team of insurance agents. You will play a crucial part in providing training and support to the agents to ensure they are able to effectively generate health insurance business. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard individual agents such as freelancers and advisors - Conduct regular training sessions and provide motivation to the agents - Assist agents in generating and submitting health insurance business - Ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to improve retention and performance Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification required is a Graduate or Diploma holder - Age should fall within the range of 23 to 35 years - A minimum CIBIL score of 650 is mandatory with no exceptions - Candidates must meet either of the following criteria: - Must have completed at least one year in their previous organization Join our team and become a part of our dynamic Health Insurance division.
