Job Description

Role & Responsibility 1. Monthly closing of books of Accounts with Ledger/trial scrutiny. 2. Ensure, review and control plant accounting. 3. Prepare unit MIS & deliver accurate monthly Financial MIS with variance analysis & counter measure 4. Assist in annual budget 5. Provide details required for audits as per requirement 6. PO control & freezing 7. Assist BFH for various accounting support activities as per BFH requirement 8. Ensure all compliances at unit level incl support to BFH for GST & other compliances 9. Periodically review compliance tool & update status 10. MFM compliances 11. Internal Audit, support in cost audit 12. Control over inventory & permissible purchases 13. Periodic C point reviews within unit 14. Assets verification as per process and timelines 15. Inventory as per process and timelines 16. Cash as per process and timelines
