Company Description Unistone Capital Private Limited, a SEBI registered Merchant Banker, specializes in Investment Banking activities including Lead Management, Fund Raising, and Corporate Advisory services. Our services cover a wide spectrum, encompassing IPOs (Main Board and SME's), QIPs, and PIPE Deals for both listed and unlisted companies. We are dedicated to creating wealth for issuers, shareholders, investors, and the public with a focus on long-term investments. With strong connections to institutional investors, HNIs, and large funds, we facilitate effective capital raising. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager (Company Secretary) located in Ahmedabad having experience of 1-2 years. The candidate will be responsible for understanding and explaining the due diligence checklist, coordinating with client for timely procurement of data, drafting of chapters of prospectus and its related documents. The role also involves liaising with regulatory authorities, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the company adheres to legal and statutory requirements. Qualifications 1-2 yearsexperience in the field of Merchant Banking Knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements Excellent communication skills for liaising with regulatory authorities and clients Ability to ensure the company adheres to legal and statutory requirements Professional qualification such as ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) membership
