Job Location : Devanahalli ITI, Diploma, GTTC, NTTF, or BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in operating CNC machines, specifically Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Operate and maintain CNC machines, specifically Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) with 3, 4, and 5-axis capabilities. Set up and machine components for various industries, including aerospace, aerospace tooling, oil & gas, and nuclear projects. Proficient in machining processes, including milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, fine boring, thread milling, and engraving. Knowledge of cutting tools, including milling cutters, endmills, taps, reamers, and thread mills. „h Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints. „h Use measuring tools and inspection techniques to ensure accuracy. Perform basic maintenance tasks on the machines and troubleshoot malfunctions and tooling problems. Maintain accurate production records, including tracking materials and reporting any issues. Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. Have a basic understanding of 5S principles and the ability to work in all 3 shifts.
