Roles and Responsibility- The candidate will be a part of the core finance team of the Specialised Gold Loan NBFC under the brandUnigold Gold Loans and will be involved in supervising and leading diverse activities including corporate governance, financial management and performance management, financial reporting, audit, tax and RBI related compliance, debt and equity syndication, relationship management with banks and financial institutions, investor relations and overall business planning and growth.- The CA/ CMA will be a part of the lead team at Specialised Gold Loan NBFC and would be involved in business plans, strategy, and growth and performance management.- A key aspect of the CA/ CMA role would be to lead the relationships with banks and financial institutions for debt syndication, co-lending, securitisation so as to develop a cost effective and robust pipeline of fund flow to support business growth.- The CA/ CMA would also lead the accounts, audit and financial reporting team with aim at transparent reporting and strong constructive audit practices, to build a culture of integrity and ethical mind set.
