Role Overview: As a member of the Unified Communications team at Motorola Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and operational excellence to contribute directly to the company's market leadership. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing end-to-end project management, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring quality assurance, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver market-ready solutions. Your strategic thinking and project management expertise will be essential for the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage projects from planning to closure, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria, while ensuring seamless transition for sustained efficacy. - Cross-functional Leadership and Coordination: Lead diverse teams from engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, fostering collaboration and alignment for cohesive solutions. - Performance Tracking and Evaluation: Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Quality Assurance and Methodological Adherence: Utilize methodologies like Six Sigma to optimize processes and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations. - Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Participate in project review meetings, communicate progress, challenges, and solutions transparently to ensure timely issue resolution. - Team Motivation and Performance Optimization: Inspire project teams, address challenges, and facilitate professional development to maximize performance. - Strategic Contribution and Business Development: Contribute to strategic planning, identify new opportunities, and formulate strategies to expand market footprint and drive long-term growth. Qualification Required: - Project Lifecycle Management experience with comprehensive project planning and evaluation skills. - Strong stakeholder communication abilities for representing programs in senior leadership meetings. - Proficiency in issue resolution, risk management, and change control using project management tools. - Leadership skills to motivate and influence team members for optimal performance. - Additional skills in software program launch, analytical problem-solving, technical proficiency with Google Applications, project management certifications, Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, change management, leadership, attention to detail, adaptability, conflict resolution, teamwork, communication, relationship building, and continuous learning.
