Unified Communication Engineer

As a Unified Communication Application Developer, your role will involve leading sustenance & development efforts for Unified Communication suite of applications, including UC Servers, Clients/Endpoints, and associated integrations. You should have proficient expertise in designing, building, and integrating Unified Communications features & services such as Call Processing, Messaging, Presence, and A/V Conferencing using API's and SDK's. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and diagnosing complex UC bugs/defects, staying updated with industry trends in UC, SIP, and Cloud, and implementing short-term fixes and long-term solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Sustenance & Development efforts for Unified Communication suite of applications - Design, build, and integrate Unified Communications features & services using API's and SDK's - Implement and maintain SIP based call processing, VoIP, trunking, presence, messaging, and A/V conferencing - Proficient programming skills across multiple languages (C++, .NET, JAVA, Node.js, etc.) - Troubleshoot and diagnose UC bugs/defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions - Stay updated with industry trends in UC, SIP, and Cloud Qualifications Required: - 5+ years experience in Unified Communications applications Sustenance, Development & integrations - Exposure and understanding of UC solutions, Clients/Endpoints from NEC, Avaya/Nortel, Cisco, or similar solutions/products - Proficient knowledge of SIP, VOIP, RTP/RTCP, PBX, and Call processing - Languages & Frameworks: C++, .NET, Node.js, SQL, NoSQL - Experience integrating UC with other solutions - Contact Centers/IVR, CRM, Call recording solutions using API's/SDK/Frameworks - Familiarity with Cloud-based UC solutions (UCaaS) - OS Platforms: Windows, Linux, Mobile OS (iOS & Android) - Familiarity with DevOPS/CI/CD pipelines and automation in UC development and sustenance This job requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to excel in the Unified Communication domain.,
