Sales Executive – 3BHK Residential Projects Location: Yash Imperia Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling 3BHK residential apartments, generating leads, handling client inquiries, and closing sales to achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and broker networks. Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and customer interactions in CRM. Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams for smooth deal closures. Stay updated with competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably residential projects). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Good knowledge of local real estate market. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred). Compensation:Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.
