Job Description

Role Overview: You should have extensive experience with Kronos/UKG Applications, showcasing a deep understanding of various aspects of the Kronos/UKG Application Suite. Your responsibilities will involve supporting implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives to provide efficient solutions aligned with the HR Services Operational Model. Your primary focus will be on delivering UKG Product solutions and enhancing the employee experience to ensure operational excellence and project success. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of UKG Operations, Enhancements, and Projects as a UKG Configurations expert, representing the voice of the customer/HRS team. - Ensure the UKG system supports business operations effectively by adhering to best practices in Design Decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Document requirements, prepare design documents, and assist in testing technical solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to UKG applications and processes. - Collaborate with various teams to identify and address issues or opportunities for improvement within the UKG system. - Develop training materials, mentor junior team members, and ensure users have necessary resources for UKG applications and processes. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee successful implementation of new features and updates. - Engage with vendors and third-party providers to resolve system-related issues promptly. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the utilization and optimization of the UKG system. - Foster strong relationships and governance across teams and vendors. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Functional experience in IT transformation projects within large-scale global organizations. - Proven track record in managing complex stakeholders and workshops effectively. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, delivering messages concisely. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc., with exceptional presentation skills. (Note: Location is in Karnataka, Bangalore. Full-time schedule with an ongoing unposting date.),
