Job Description: The UKG Boomi Consultant will be responsible for creating customized integration solutions for US-based clients, ensuring seamless interfacing with UKG products. The role involves developing various output files using Dell Boomi and requires a strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) concepts. Key Responsibilities: UKG Boomi Certification is mandatory. Gather and analyze client requirements to build customized Boomi integrations . Design, document, and test Boomi integrations in UKG Pro WFM . Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . Develop, test, and deploy integrations while ensuring best practices in Boomi development . Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and handle deployment to production. Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance. Utilize UKG Boomi templates to streamline integration processes. Conduct final handoff to global support teams . Required Skills & Qualifications: Must have UKG Boomi Certification. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Boomi integrations with UKG Pro WFM . Strong knowledge of UKG Dimensions, Workforce Management (WFM), and Boomi best practices . Experience in building, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting Boomi integrations . Familiarity with UKG Boomi templates and interface development . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment . Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurgaon.
