UK Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a skilled UK Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong UK accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage core accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Posting, and Bank Reconciliation.
2. Posting of daily bank transactions and monitoring cash flow movements.
3. Liaise with suppliers and clients where required to resolve queries.
4. Perform Supplier Statement Reconciliations and track outstanding balances.
5. Allocation of receipts and payments against invoices in a timely manner.
6. Prepare month-end adjustments such as accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and other journal entries.
7. Prepare various financial analyses and reports as required by management.
8. Prepare monthly MIS and process-driven reports for internal and client review.
9. Prepare Debtors and Creditors Ageing Reports and conduct regular review follow-ups.
10. Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for key accounts.
11. Prepare Monthly Management Accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis.
12. Handle end-to-end monthly accounts finalization for UK clients.
13. Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and company internal controls.
14. Undertake additional duties assigned by management.

Essential Requirements:

1. 1- 6 years of experience in UK accounting preferred.
2. Bcom, Mcom, CA, ACCA, CA Inter candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
4. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Strong understanding of core accounting principles and UK bookkeeping practices.

Work Timings:

• April to October: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST
• November to March: 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
