Papercare is a UK-registered company providing professional accounting and compliance services to clients across the United Kingdom. Our India office in Ahmedabad manages key operational and client engagement functions, supporting UK-based individuals and businesses with their accounting, tax, and advisory requirements.

We are expanding our UK sales team and seeking enthusiastic professionals with strong communication skills and a clear UK or neutral accent to manage outbound client interactions and drive business growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven UK Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the UK from a provided database, introducing Papercare’s professional services, and converting leads into clients. The candidate will manage the full sales cycle — from the first contact to follow-up — ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.

This is an on-site position offering a base salary plus attractive commission on successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to UK-based prospects from a provided database.
  • Introduce Papercare’s professional accounting and compliance services clearly and confidently.
  • Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions.
  • Follow up with potential clients and assist them with next steps until onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality, sales progress, and client engagement trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or international BPO — preferably with exposure to UK clients.
  • Fluent in English with a clear UK or neutral accent.
  • Strong persuasive and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Prior experience in financial, professional services, or client engagement roles will be an added advantage.
