UI/UX Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into user-centered designs Job/technical requirement Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs. Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all platforms. 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe illustrator, Sketch. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing. Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and responsive design principles is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with front-end development workflows. Portfolio showcasing past projects and design process. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
