UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into engaging and effective interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

Translate business requirements into intuitive and meaningful user experiences.

Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced product or tech environment.

Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility guidelines.

Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, layout, and color theory.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
