UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our TruWix team. This role involves taking ownership of the overall design process for websites, mobile apps, CRM platforms, and other digital products. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver user-centric, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with Designers to gather and analyze project requirements and user needs. Design high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and user flows for complex projects. Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to improve design decisions. Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs. Provide constructive feedback to team members during design reviews. Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to elevate project quality. Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Ability to mentor and inspire other team members.
