Key Responsibilities:Design & InnovationDesign high-quality, responsive, and engaging websites.Lead the complete design lifecycle: ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and design iterations.Ensure every project reflects a clear visual identity and excellent user experience.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with UI/UX team members to execute designs effectively.Engage directly with clients to understand project objectives, budget, and brand expectations.Partner with project managers to present work and incorporate feedback efficiently.Process & ProductivityUse modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to deliver agile and scalable design solutions.Contribute to the sales and strategy teams by providing insights on the latest UI/UX trends.Accurately log hours and maintain productivity using internal tracking systems. What We’re Looking For:4+ years of professional experience in web and interactive design with a solid portfolio.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar tools.Strong foundation in UI/UX principles, typography, colour theory, and responsive design.Ability to translate client goals into clear, intuitive visual experiences.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and client environment.
