Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Skeps, a blockchain-based tech company revolutionizing financial solutions, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and utilize your creative skills to enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and create engaging designs. - Utilize design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, MarvelApp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and product enhancements. - Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points. - Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand. - Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies. - Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products and platforms. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, performance data, and stakeholder collaboration. - Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the development process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in UX writing and research. - Understanding of product specifications and user psychology. - Ability to conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. - Proficiency in creating personas based on user research and data analysis. - Skills in developing wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs. - Creativity in solving UX challenges, such as usability and findability. - Strong communication skills for presenting design ideas and prototypes. - Awareness of competitor products and industry trends. - Experience in illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Proficient in developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs. - Ability to create mock-ups and prototypes demonstrating site functionality and appearance. - Keen eye for implementing layout adjustments based on user feedback.,
