Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to compliment the CXS Core Technology group. Reporting into the UI/UX Director of CSX Core Technology. The Senior UI/IX Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and design of our digital products. Leveraging a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, the ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and cohesive user experiences across various platforms. Qualifications: 4 - 6 years of experience in user interface and user experience design, gaming industry experience a plus Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite. Experience in prototyping tools like Figma and InVision. Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details, ensuring project and design consistency. Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in an agile/scrum development process is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities Design Strategy: Lead the user-centered design process by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints. Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas. User Testing: Conduct and analyze user tests to validate design solutions and gather feedback. Design System Development: Create and maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency across products. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design vision is maintained, user stories are met, and feedback is incorporated. Feedback: Participate in regular design reviews and share feedback with other design team members. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to inform intuitive UI/UX strategies.
