About the Role- We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the user experience of clients. As a UI/UX Designer , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing interfaces that solve real customer problems. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, product goals, and requirements. Design user experiences and interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product. Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Requirements- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions. Proficiency in design tools like Figma. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and visual design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
