UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic design team, responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences and interfaces. Your strong skills in digital product design and creative illustration will be essential in this role, where you will seamlessly transition between user-centric design workflows and high-quality visual content creation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and strategy by performing user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights, define user problems, and inform design decisions. - Conceptualize and iterate on design artifacts such as wireframes, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. - Design high-fidelity mockups and final visual interfaces, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and technical constraints into elegant design solutions. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure a unified user experience across all digital products. Illustration and Graphic Design: - Design and create high-quality original graphics, illustrations, icons, and custom visuals for product UI, marketing materials, and social media. - Utilize CorelDRAW to create scalable vector graphics, detailed illustrations, and design layouts for print materials. - Leverage Canva expertise for quick content creation in marketing creatives, presentations, and internal communication visuals. - Ensure that all illustrated and graphic elements enhance the overall product aesthetic and effectively communicate complex ideas. Qualifications Required: - X+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. - A strong, well-organized portfolio showcasing expertise in end-to-end UI/UX design projects and a distinct visual design/illustration style. - Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns. - High proficiency in modern UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). - Mandatory proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator for vector illustration and complex graphic production. - Demonstrated experience and efficiency in using Canva for creating quick, professional visual content. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for effective communication with front-end developers. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to accept and provide constructive feedback. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,
