Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define the user journey. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive and visually appealing. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all platforms. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for better collaboration with developers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
