UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company based in Thrissur, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for websites. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for websites, ensuring optimization for both desktop and mobile platforms. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate complex requirements into user-centered design solutions. - Challenging assumptions, redefining problems, and coming up with innovative design solutions. - Staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver high-quality design work. - Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to fellow designers. - Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. - Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. - Illustrating design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Creating graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets. - Developing UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance. - Generating original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables. Qualifications required for this position are: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing skills in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with design systems such as Material Design and Bootstrap. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders. - Experience in user research, testing, and analysis. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for keeping up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
