UI/UX Designer

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer , you will be responsible for understanding user behavior, translating requirements into intuitive interfaces, and producing high-quality design artifacts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver seamless user experiences across websites, dashboards, apps, and campaign modules. Your work will directly impact our platform’s usability, engagement, and visual appeal — across both in-house and client portfolios. Key Responsibilities Research user behavior and translate findings into actionable design strategies for web and mobile platforms Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows to visualize functional and aesthetic aspects of the platform Design interface components such as menus, CTAs, banners, forms, and responsive layouts Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and interaction metrics Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure branding consistency and functionality across assets Define and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides Guide UI implementation across teams by providing specs and collaborating with frontend developers Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual performance across devices and screen sizes Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX, interaction design, and design tools Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience , ideally in IT services or SaaS product environments Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI work across web and mobile Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe Creative Suite , Canva , InVision , or Zeplin Working knowledge of HTML/CSS , responsive frameworks, and design systems Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design cycles Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to present, explain, and defend design choices Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver pixel-perfect UI components Preferred Qualifications Experience designing dashboards, loyalty platforms, or CRM interfaces Familiarity with frontend development processes and collaborating closely with dev teams Exposure to B2B products, especially those in marketing technology or enterprise engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: UI design: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
