UI/UX DESIGNER

Overview

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvement
• Collaborate with managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Develop personas, user journeys, and information architecture
• Assist in creating and maintaining a cohesive visual language and design systems
• Advocate for the user and ensure that design decisions are based on user needs and behaviors
• Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders effectively
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams for cohesive brand and user experience
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure designs are cutting-edge
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handover of designs
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Solid knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
