GrowExx is seeking an excellent UI/UX D esigner, who is passionate about creating amazing user experiences and interfaces across multiple devices. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems using a user-focused approach and putting those solutions into action whilst working in a team. Key Responsibilities Gather and evaluate customer requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Conduct research and analysis. Identify user personas. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and visual sitemap Design low and high-fidelity mock-ups Create clickable prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images Develop these mock-ups into fully working web pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript & Elementor. Create a SASS – reusable component-based and highly scalable front-end architecture Animate and add motion to components to enhance user experience when required Churn out pixel-perfect templates from the designs provided Work on SEO and Page Speed when needed Key Skills Strong knowledge of Figma to create mockups, UI designs & prototypes. Advanced skills in graphic design tools such as Illustrator, and Photoshop. Additional knowledge of UI/UX Tools such as Sketch would be preferred.) Knowledge of various hand-off tools such as Invision, Zeplin Demonstrated history of working in UI Development projects using HTML/CSS/JavaScript Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills Strong understanding of how design systems work. Strong portfolio to support his/her work Education and Experience 3+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer working on designing platforms for web and mobile Bachelor/master’s in arts or engineering or a relevant certification for UI/UX Analytical and Personal Skills Good communication skills Positive attitude and a team player Openness to learn new concepts Attention to details Take own initiatives to achieve own goals Good self-organizing & time management skills Show more Show less
