General Information Role Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Position Summary Were seeking an energetic and skilled UI/UX Designer with a passion for delivering data-driven, user-centered design solutions to join a well-established and world-renowned Association. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent storytelling ability, and experience leading or participating in design sprints and facilitating workshops in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs, all while maintaining adherence to the companys brand and design system. Main Responsibilities Leading the end-to-end design process and working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, technology team, and to ship impactful products that meet user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and strategy. Take multiple design perspectives into account and unify them to ensure consistent user experience across different products while aligning with the companys overall brand. Optimize designs based on data insights, including user research, analytics, usability testing, and A/B testing. Present design to stakeholders, articulating the value of design decisions and goals. Facilitate and/or participate in design sprints, workshops, and critiques to collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously refine design solutions. Actively soliciting feedback from peers and cross-functional stakeholders through the product design lifecycle. Advocate user-centered design principles and ensure accessibility standards are met. Efficiently organizing, managing, and adapting to changing priorities. Provide basic front-end development support in technical implementation. Experience and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a focus on enterprise web applications. Strong expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and others. Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and the latest trends in UX/UI design. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design vision and strategy to stakeholders. Experience in leading design sprints, workshops, design sessions and critiques in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Be proficient with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and progressive enhancement strategies (mobile-first design). Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles with a focus on UX design. Prior experience leading design and user experience for projects. Portfolio must have.
