About The Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who blends design fundamentals + practical execution someone who thinks in first principles, is AI-native, learns fast, and is excited to solve problems from the ground reality of how people actually browse, click, compare, and convert.This role sits between product design (UI/UX of websites/apps/flows) and marketing design (campaign visuals, landing pages, conversion storytelling). Freshers are welcome to apply!.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI layouts, web screens & responsive structures.
• Convert briefs into flow-based wireframes and clean UI.
• Create UX prototypes in Figma for A/B and hypothesis testing.
• Work with product + marketing to improve conversion journeys.
• Design banners, hero visuals, landing pages for campaigns.
• Assist in building/maintaining our design system.
• Collaborate on micro-copy, layout, CTA thought flow.
• Think like a problem-solver not a decorator.
  

Tools / Software Exposure

• Figma (core).
• FigJam/ Miro (flows/whiteboarding).
• Photoshop/ Illustrator.
• AI Tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Genspark) AI-native mindset preferred.

Ideal Profile Will Have

• 0-2 years experience (freshers can apply).
• A portfolio that shows clarity of thought, complete understanding of brief and first principle solutions.
