About the Role:

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user needs and behavior.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and refine features.
Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create design systems and prototypes.
Ensure design consistency and quality across all platforms and devices.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
