Experience : 1 to 1.5 years Location : Surat, Gujarat We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our Surat team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with clients, and develop your skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and user needs. Design clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets using tools like Figma , Adobe XD , Photoshop , and Illustrator . Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. Ensure consistency and quality by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines. Work closely with developers to ensure the smooth handover and accurate implementation of designs. Participate in and lead client meetings to gather requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback. Communicate fluently in English – both written and spoken – during team and client interactions. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web/mobile). Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator . A strong design portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Good understanding of user-centered design principles , UX patterns, and usability standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English . Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
