About The Role

We are looking for a Designer with 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design to join our productteam. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating intuitive userexperiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma,
  

Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Work with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into
  

design solutions.

• Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across the product.
• Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to improve usability.
• Support usability testing and iterate on feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Ensure responsive and accessible design across different devices and screen sizes.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
• Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
• Strong visual design and typography skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and take constructive feedback.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with motion design or animations.
• Exposure to user research and A/B testing.
• Understanding of accessibility in design.
