UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment Create full mock-ups of UX flows, components, and freedom services Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience Developing and annotating user flows, interviews, writings, accessibility, usability, journeys and persona Illustrate design ideas with clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, information architecture and prototypes Conduct design brainstorms with product owners to understand the product details and user needs Drive digital design process including websites, digital campaigns, and interactive experiences Defining and managing the appropriate design approach for differentiating experiences Create workflows, low-fi designs, high-quality designs, and other artifacts needed to collaborate and iterate from vision through execution Work with the Product Team including input sessions, UX reviews etc Preferred candidate profile 1+ Years of experience and strong portfolio with past projects are required Understanding of front-end development and database-driven functionality to foster a strong partnership with our developers Better understanding in typography principles, design principles and user experience laws Expertise with user research/usability testing Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Figma, InVision, Marvel, Miro, ProtoPie, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces and ensure consistency in design across different platforms and devices by focussing on intuitive and engaging user experiences Strong knowledge of the Affinity Creative Suite (Designer, Photo and Publisher) Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objective You have a breathtaking portfolio contains most stunning UI/UX Designs Knowledge of the agile software development mindset and tools, including Jira, Git and Jenkins
