UI/UX Designer

As a skilled UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a key role in shaping the product experience for Serq, our white-label service booking platform. Your focus will not only be on designing aesthetically pleasing interfaces but also on ensuring usability, consistency, and real-world user flows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design intuitive, modern, and mobile-friendly UI for Customer & Provider Mobile Apps, Web Application (responsive), and Admin Dashboard (analytics-heavy and feature-rich). - Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity screens, and design systems using tools like Figma. - Translate product ideas and feature requirements into user-friendly designs. - Ensure visual consistency across mobile, web, and dashboard components. - Optimize user experience based on user roles, goals, and real scenarios. - Collaborate with the frontend team for a smooth developer handoff. - Audit existing UI/UX flows and propose smart redesign solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or service-based platforms. - Strong grasp of mobile app UI principles (Android & iOS guidelines). - Solid understanding of web UX best practices and responsive design. - Experience designing admin dashboards with tabs, filters, graphs, and data-heavy views. - Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD, Sketch). - Ability to create and manage a component-based design system. - Understanding of design for multi-role apps (e.g., customer, provider, admin). - Strong UX thinking including wireflows, information architecture, and use case mapping. **Additional Company Details:** - Job Type: Full-time - Benefits: Paid sick time - Schedule: Day shift This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about UI/UX design and are looking to work on a diverse range of projects spanning mobile apps, web applications, and admin dashboards.
